Terms and Conditions for Run it Remote LLC

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Run it Remote LLC, a Delaware LLC (“Run it
Remote,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), including our website, mobile applications, SMS
communications, or any related platform or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the
Services.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised
Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use
our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these
requirements.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Twilio’s
A2P 10DLC requirements and outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Program Name and Message Consent
Program Name: Run it Remote
Users who opt in to the Run it Remote program can expect to receive messages related to
onboarding, appointment reminders, program updates, marketing offers, and transactional
communications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send
the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have
been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to
join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you
again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword
HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@runitremote.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us
from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your
wireless provider.

Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You
shall not:
● Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
● Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
● Transmit any unsolicited advertising or spam.
● Introduce any malware or harmful code.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our Services are owned or
licensed by Run it Remote. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content
without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run it Remote disclaims all warranties and will not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use
or inability to use the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Run it Remote, its officers, employees,
agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages arising from
your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms
shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or
without cause or notice.
